All prices are listed in Euro and are subject to change without notice.

Payments on our e-shop are processed securely through Shopify. All transactions are encrypted and handled directly by our certified payment service providers. We do not store or process your card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and periods of increased demand, such as holidays or promotional seasons.
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.
6. Returns & Exchanges
You may choose to exchange your item for another product. In the case of an exchange, if the selected replacement item has a higher price, the customer shall be required to pay the price difference. If the replacement item has a lower price, the difference shall not be refunded.
If an exchange is not suitable, a refund will be issued in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and unworn, in their original packaging.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges do not apply to customized or personalized products.
